Lisa is originally from northern Manitoba and graduated from the Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Occupational Therapy (OT) from the University of Manitoba in 2001.
Lisa has held a variety of staff OT and leadership positions over her career. She has experience in neurological rehabilitation including stroke, spinal cord, amputee and neuro-musculoskeletal conditions in inpatient, outpatient and community settings. Outside of her work with Therapy First, Lisa also works in case management at a home-based stroke rehab program. Her interests include splinting, pressure management, home safety, and transitioning clients from hospital to home. Outside of work Lisa enjoys camping and traveling with her family.
