An addition to Therapy First in 2022, Christine is a registered nurse who has spent her nursing career working in the area of specialized rehabilitation with a focus on spinal cord injury, amputee, and neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation. She holds a full-time position providing outpatient nursing services at the Health Sciences Center Rehabilitation Hospital. Christine graduated with her nursing diploma in 2006 from Red River College. She is passionate about lifelong learning and continuing education; in 2014 she graduated with her Bachelor of Nursing degree through the University of Manitoba, and in 2018 obtained her Canadian Rehabilitation Nursing Certificate through the Canadian Nursing Association. Throughout her career she has attended many workshops and conferences on wound care management, as well as attending at the national level the 7th and 8th National Spinal Cord Injury Conference held in Niagara Falls, Ontario in 2017 and 2019.

Outside of work Christine enjoys exploring what our beautiful province has to offer. From camping, hiking, blueberry picking and fishing with her partner, to spending time with family and friends at the cabin; nature and the outdoors are true to her heart.
